Week 6 – Dissolve the Inner Divide

At the root of our inner divide is the habit of incessant commentary, which divides every experience of our lives into “should be” and “should not be.” It is this habit that drives us to comparison and inner war. When you emerge into being an observer of life, all commentaries become redundant and fall away from you like dry leaves. In the absence of our incessant commentaries on every experience of life as either good or bad, ugly or beautiful, should be or should not be, we go beyond pride and humiliation, beyond guilt and regret. We enter the realm of pure consciousness wherein all is sacred.
